Your booking is for the time slot you've paid for — nothing more. Please arrive at your scheduled start time and leave by the end of your slot. The location owner may have another booking following yours. Arriving late doesn't extend your end time, and staying over will affect other guests.

You are fully responsible for your dogs and their behaviour at all times during your session. Keep dogs within the boundaries of the booked area. If a dog shows aggression or causes damage, you are liable. SnoopPaws is a booking platform only — any incidents involving your dogs are entirely your responsibility and the responsibility of the location owner to manage as agreed.

Treat the location with respect. Pick up all dog mess. Take all litter home. Don't damage fencing, gates, equipment, or any property. If you accidentally damage something, please let the owner know immediately — honesty is always appreciated and helps keep locations available for everyone.

All bookings must be made through SnoopPaws. Don't arrange sessions directly with location owners outside the platform — this removes your payment protections and violates our terms. If an owner asks you to pay cash or book off-platform, please let us know at hello@snooppaws.com.

Every listing has its own rules set by the owner — maximum dogs, on-lead areas, gate codes, parking instructions, and more. Read them before your visit. The owner has every right to ask you to leave if you're not following their rules, with no refund due.

Some locations are in residential areas or on working farmland. Keep noise levels reasonable, park considerately, and don't block access routes. You represent SnoopPaws and the wider dog community — please make a good impression.

If something goes wrong — you find damage, encounter a hazard, or have a concern about the location — please report it. You can message the owner directly through SnoopPaws or contact our team. We want every session to be safe and enjoyable.
