How and when do I get paid?+
Stripe pays you directly the moment a booking is confirmed. SnoopPaws never holds your money. Set payouts to daily, weekly or monthly in your Stripe settings.
Do I need Stripe set up before going live?+
Yes. Bookings won't be enabled until Stripe is connected.
How do cancellations work?+
You have full control over your cancellations! When a guest requests a refund, you'll receive an email notification. Simply log into your host dashboard and click "Approve Refund" to process it. Once approved, the payment is returned automatically and the time slot becomes available for others to book again instantly.
Can I set rules for my field?+
Yes. Max dogs, breed restrictions, any requirements — all shown on your listing before guests book.
What if a guest damages my field?+
Message them via My Bookings. Disputes are handled directly between host and guest.
Do I need insurance?+
Yes. Hosts are responsible for their own insurance and legal compliance.
What if a guest doesn't show up?+
Your cancellation policy covers this. Contact them via My Bookings if needed.
How do I contact SnoopPaws?+

How can I claim my Park / Field / Lidting+
If already listed on out site go to https://snooppaws.com and find your location claim your listing by choosing one of the packages If your listing is not already listed just visit https://snooppaws.com/host to add your location, takes less than 10 minutes

You can, just claim the listing for free then delete via your host dashbaord or contact us and we can remove for your
