Keep your listing accurate and up to date+
Everything on your listing — photos, description, amenities, fencing details, rules — must be truthful and current. Guests book based on what they see. If your location changes significantly, update your listing immediately. Misleading listings damage trust and may result in refund disputes that fall entirely on you as the location owner.
Honour all confirmed bookings+
Once a booking is confirmed and payment has been taken, cancelling on the guest is a serious matter. Guests may have travelled, arranged childcare, or made plans around their session. Only cancel in genuine emergencies. Repeated cancellations may result in your listing being suspended. Cancellation disputes and any costs involved are between you and the guest — SnoopPaws does not accept liability for lost bookings or revenue.
Keep your location safe and well-maintained+
You are solely responsible for the safety and condition of your location. Fencing, gates, surfaces, and any equipment must be maintained and safe for use. SnoopPaws provides the booking technology only — we have no involvement in the physical condition of any location. Any injury, accident, or incident on your property is entirely your responsibility. We strongly recommend you hold appropriate public liability insurance.
Respond to guests promptly+
If a guest messages you through SnoopPaws, reply within 24 hours. Prompt, friendly communication leads to better reviews, repeat bookings, and a healthier listing. Guests should never be left wondering whether their booking is safe.
Set fair, transparent pricing+
Your session prices are your own to set — SnoopPaws doesn't interfere with your rates. However, pricing must be clear and consistent. Don't raise prices after a booking is confirmed. Guests pay a small platform fee on top of your rate, and you receive 100% of your stated session price instantly via Stripe.
Treat all guests respectfully+
SnoopPaws is open to all dog owners regardless of background, breed, or experience level. You must not discriminate against guests. You may set reasonable rules (e.g. maximum dogs, breed restrictions for insurance reasons) as long as these are clearly stated on your listing before booking.
Understand that SnoopPaws is a booking platform only+
SnoopPaws connects dog owners with location owners and processes payments — that is the full extent of our service. We are not responsible for what happens on your land, any injury or damage that occurs, any disputes between you and guests, or any lost revenue if guests cancel, fail to show, or the platform experiences downtime. By listing on SnoopPaws, you accept full responsibility for your location, your guests' experience, and any legal or insurance obligations that apply to you.
