How do I get into the field?+
Everything you need is in My Bookings — gate codes, entry instructions and the host's emergency contact. Make sure you're logged in before you head out!
Is booking instant?+
Yes! Book and you're in — no waiting around for host approval. Your booking is confirmed straight away.
How many dogs can I bring?+
The number of dogs allowed is shown on the booking page. If a host charges extra for additional dogs, that's included in your checkout total — no surprises after you book!
Will I be charged anything extra after booking?+
Nope! The total you pay at checkout is the complete amount. What you see is what you pay — nothing more.
How do I cancel or get a refund?+
Each host sets their own cancellation policy — you can see it on the listing page before you book. To request a refund, log in and go to My Bookings.
What if I have a problem at the field?+
Head to My Bookings — you'll find the host's emergency contact details there. You can also message the host directly from the same page.
What if my dog damages the field?+
Be honest and reach out to the host straight away via My Bookings. These things happen — a straightforward conversation is always the best approach.
How do I contact SnoopPaws?+
For general website questions email hello@snooppaws.com. We're not able to help with specific bookings or locations — those are handled between you and your host via My Bookings.
